Yes. Every Evokaa piece is made with crafted diamonds, which are laboratory-grown. They are graded on the same four criteria as mined stones — cut, colour, clarity and carat — by the same independent laboratories, and centre stones are certified by IGI or GIA. The certificate number is recorded against your piece and travels with it.

Yes. Evokaa delivers to eligible locations worldwide. Delivery timelines vary by piece and destination, and by whether the item is ready to ship or made to order. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within 2–3 working days and typically arrive within a week inside the GCC. Made-to-order pieces take 3–5 weeks depending on the design, and bespoke commissions take 4–6 weeks.

Yes. Every Evokaa shipment travels fully insured and requires a signature on delivery. You receive tracking as soon as the piece leaves our atelier.

Ready-to-ship pieces can be returned within 30 days in unworn condition with all documentation. Bespoke, engraved and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned, because they are made for one person.

Instalment options are available in eligible markets at checkout. For higher-value pieces, our concierge can arrange a payment plan directly.

Crafted diamonds are laboratory-grown diamonds. They are chemically, physically and optically identical to mined diamonds: the same carbon crystal, the same hardness, the same fire. The difference is origin, not nature.

Yes. Every eligible stone is supplied with independent certification covering carat, cut, colour and clarity. Certification details accompany each piece.

Evokaa works in 18K yellow gold, 18K rose gold, 18K white gold and platinum. Metal choice affects both price and lead time; our concierge can advise.

Lab-grown diamonds are priced differently from mined stones and generally do not carry the same resale expectation. Evokaa is transparent about this. What you are buying is the design, the making and the stone itself, not a speculative asset.

Evokaa’s diamond sourcing rests on a Belgian lineage spanning three generations and more than fifty years. Stones are selected before design begins, not after.

Yes. Evokaa’s bespoke service takes a piece from first sketch to final setting. Bring a drawing, a stone, an heirloom to remake, or only a feeling. Bespoke commissions start at one piece with a 4–6 week lead time.

Bulk and trade orders start at 25 pieces per design, with a 6–10 week lead time. Two decades of B2B manufacturing sit behind every order, so repeat runs match the original.

Yes. Corporate gifting starts at 10 pieces, with engraving, custom presentation and your identity worked into the piece. Lead time is 4–8 weeks depending on complexity.

Yes. We can reset existing stones, rebuild a worn piece, or design something new around a stone you already own. Bring it to a private appointment so we can assess it properly.

Yes. Try-at-home is available for all pieces, in eligible locations. Share the pieces you would like to see and our team will confirm your location, timing and next steps.

Store each piece separately to avoid scratching, avoid direct contact with perfume, chlorine and household chemicals, and clean gently with a soft cloth after wearing. Remove pieces before sleeping, swimming or exercise.

Yes. Complimentary resizing is offered once within the first year on eligible ring designs. Some settings and full-pavé bands cannot be resized; we will tell you before you buy.

Every piece carries a warranty against manufacturing defects. Ordinary wear, accidental damage and loss are not covered. Contact the concierge and we will assess and advise.
