We hold each piece to the light so you can see how the stone behaves, how the setting sits and how large it truly reads on the hand or at the neck. Questions on cut, certification, gold, sizing, timelines and price are all answered on the call. If a piece is not right, we say so.

Questions about video calls
How long does a video call last?
Most calls run between fifteen and thirty minutes. If you would like longer, tell us when you request the time and we will hold the slot.
Is there any cost or obligation?
No. A video call is complimentary and nothing is decided on the call. You are free to end it having seen the pieces and nothing more.
Can I buy a piece during the call?
You can, if you wish to. More often we follow up afterwards with details, pricing and availability so you can decide in your own time.
What do I need to join?
A phone, tablet or computer with a camera and a steady connection. The link opens in your browser, so there is nothing to install.
Can someone join me on the call?
Yes. Partners, family or friends are welcome. Let us know in advance and we will send the link to them as well.
